Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms before using Floxoft.
Each workspace owner is responsible for keeping operator credentials, role permissions, recovery emails, and device access secure inside the Floxoft tenant. Suspicious logins, lost devices, exposed API keys, or unauthorized access attempts must be reported to Floxoft support immediately so sessions and integrations can be reviewed.
Workspace owners and operators are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts using a TOTP-compatible authenticator app. When 2FA is active, a valid 6-digit time-based code is required at every login in addition to the password. Floxoft is not responsible for account access lost due to failure to configure or retain access to the paired authenticator device or backup codes.
Company records, customer conversations, inbox assignments, automation logs, employee records, inventory entries, and reporting data are separated by tenant ownership. Floxoft personnel may review limited technical logs only for troubleshooting, security investigation, migration, billing support, or client-approved operational assistance.
Package limits may include active users, connected channels, automation volume, storage, message throughput, AI usage, reports, and supported integrations. If usage exceeds the selected plan, Floxoft may apply rate limits, request an upgrade, pause high-volume jobs, or agree custom limits with the workspace owner before production expansion.
Floxoft must not be used for spam, phishing, unlawful bulk messaging, abusive automation, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, biometric spoofing, payment fraud, or security testing without written approval. We may throttle, suspend, or remove integrations that create risk for other tenants, providers, or platform stability.
When you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, email, SMS, payment, or third-party APIs, you remain responsible for following each provider policy, customer consent requirement, template approval rule, and country-specific communication regulation. Floxoft may disable a channel if a provider rejects traffic, revokes access, or identifies policy abuse.
Automations, routing rules, templates, AI replies, summaries, lead scoring, and workflow actions are tools that require business review before use in sensitive decisions. Workspace owners must configure approvals, test critical flows, and supervise customer-facing outputs, especially where pricing, refunds, contracts, medical, legal, or financial information is involved.
Floxoft is built for continuous business operations, but planned maintenance, provider outages, network incidents, emergency patches, or high-load protection may temporarily affect access. We aim to communicate material incidents, restore core services quickly, and prioritize customer data integrity over risky short-term availability decisions.
Billing cycles, invoices, renewals, refunds, and custom enterprise agreements are managed according to the selected plan or signed order. Workspace owners may request cancellation, data export, or deletion assistance, subject to unpaid balances, legal retention duties, active provider settlements, and reasonable technical processing time.
You keep ownership of the business content, customer data, files, templates, brand assets, and configuration you upload to Floxoft. You grant Floxoft the limited right to host, process, secure, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the service, support the workspace, and maintain platform reliability.
Floxoft may update product features, package limits, technical requirements, security controls, and these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product, email, invoice notes, or account channels, and continued use after the effective date means the workspace accepts the updated terms.
